Head over to www.sinceretea.net and click ‘Order Here’ or ‘Online Ordering’ to browse our menu. Choose an item and scroll down to customize add-ons*. Once you’ve finished, hit Add to Order , then Continue Shopping to return to the menu, or proceed to Checkout.
*Regular sweetness is pre-selected at 50% (recommended).
**Specialteas come in size Large (24oz) by default. - Pick a Time
Review your cart and choose a time to pick up. Add any special requests to Order Notes. - Checkout & Pay
Enter payment and contact information. Please provide a VALID phone number to receive updates on your order status and earn/redeem loyalty points. At the bottom of the page, you can save your information through Square for even faster re-ordering. When you’re finished, click Place Order and wait for your order confirmation. - Pickup & Enjoy!
We‘ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready. Most orders will be ready in under 10 minutes. Your order will be ready at the front for pickup. Grab the one with your name and enjoy!

Q: Do I earn reward points with my online order?
A: Yes! Enter the same phone number that is linked to your Sinceretea loyalty account during checkout in order to earn/redeem your reward points.
Q: Can I add a special request to my order?
A: Yes! Before placing your order, there will be an option to add a note to our team with any requests. (Do not select Apple/Google Pay and choose Checkout. Selecting Apple or Google Pay may cause this option to not appear).
Q: Why does it take 15 minutes to make a drink? It doesn’t take that long when I order in person?
A: The system automatically generates a 15 minute wait time for every transaction. However, it typically takes us only 2-3 minutes to make your drink! Keep an eye out for the notification on your phone. We’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Q: Why does the mochi egg puff take so long?
A: In order to provide a top quality mochi egg puff, we make each one fresh to order. It takes 8 minutes for the machine to preheat, and 3 minutes to cook. Please prepare for a total wait of 12-15 minutes (same as an in-person order).
TIPS: Any order that includes bulk tea cartons must be placed 24 hours in advance due to prep time.
